Job Description
- 3+ years of experience in program / project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development as part of the SDLC.
- Bachelors/Masters Degree or equivalent work experience in project management or Cloud, AI engineering
- Have personally orchestrated the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products, under demanding timelines, managing multiple work streams cross functionally across a large organization
- Collaborative engagement and technical empathy for engineers.
- Sound technical foundation and a highly motivated self-starter
- Experience as a project lead, able to focus and simplify, balancing the details with goals, priorities, and trade-offs in mind
- Consistent record in defining processes, key metrics and executing on them
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience with strong presentation skills both in person and in multi-location meetings
- Able to think critically and creatively, identify risks and drive the execution across multiple teams to remediate them

- Experience working in Cloud Platform related software delivery.
- Strong technical proficiency: Client/server product development and bonus points for past programming experience
- Experience leading large, complex programs; from requirements gathering, collaboration with teams, through software development and release qualification while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Experience managing cross-org dependencies across multiple engineering teams.
