Job Description
- 4 to 8 years of experience in project management, program management, and portfolio planning and delivery — to the level of setting standards, proposing policy, and coaching others.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end business processes of a manufacturing business, from sales through the supply chain.
- Proven ability to bring structure to your own work and to the work of others.
- Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.
- Solid track record of personally delivering large-scale initiatives under pressure, with high levels of complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to partner credibly with Finance on capital planning, budgets, and spend governance.
- Expertise in building and automating portfolio reporting that gives leadership an objective view of program health.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field required.
- MBA or Masters degree preferred.
- Background in Finance or a finance-adjacent discipline, with hands-on exposure to capital planning, budget management, and procurement processes (PR/PO lifecycle).
- Advanced proficiency in reporting and analytics tooling, with the ability to design dashboards and metrics from the ground up.
- Prior consulting experience with Big 4 consulting firms is desirable, but not required.
- Flexibility to partner with teams across multiple time zones, including occasional early or late calls during critical program phases.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as program needs require.
