Data Analyst

About the Role:

Are you passionate about transforming data into meaningful business insights? We are looking for a proactive and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, uncovering patterns, and supporting strategic decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and key metrics

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business goals

• Translate complex data into clear visual insights using Power BI or Tableau

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to deliver data-driven recommendations

• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest optimization through data analysis

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights

- Assist in implementing data governance and quality control processes

Required Skill Set:

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail

• Understanding of basic statistical concepts (mean, median, variance, correlation, regression, etc.)

• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines is a plus

• Good verbal and written communication skills to present findings clearly

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a data-driven role for at least 1 year
