Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business growth for our ERP, HRMS, and SFA software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and market development through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.

Conduct market research to identify, qualify, and target potential clients across manufacturing and other relevant industries.

Manage the full sales cycle - from initial prospecting to product presentations, proposal submission

Actively participate in expos, trade shows, and business networking events to promote company products and build brand presence.

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and track all interactions in CRM.

Research market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback to management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, industry trends, and pricing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

02 years of experience in B2C & B2B sales, preferably in IT software/ERP domain.

Proven track record of target achievement and consultative selling.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn prospecting.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade fairs, and business events.
