• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to support product launches, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content including product updates, customer success stories, infographics, and short-form videos.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine social media positioning.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns to boost visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Build and nurture online communities to strengthen customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in IT or SaaS product companies.
• Strong understanding of IT products and ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in social media tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
