About the job Job Title: Digital Analyst Location: Bangalore India About the Job Aptean is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to join our global Digital Marketing team. In this role, you will own measurement across our portfolio websites, including Logility, vTechnologies, GermanEdge, RS Soft, Paragon Routing, Merlin Business Software and SSG Insight. You will establish baseline performance, track conversion rate and show the impact of our web investment. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Web Insights, you will make sure every decision the web team makes is backed by reliable data. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into clear, useful insights. Key Responsibilities Baselining: Establish baseline traffic, engagement and conversion rate for each site so improvements can be measured. Conversion Tracking: Define, implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking across all sites, working with the WordPress Developer and Google Tag Manager. Reporting and Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports that show performance against targets. Insight and Analysis: Analyse user behaviour and journeys to identify what is working, what is not, and why. Experiment Measurement: Support the CRO Lead by designing measurement for tests and analysing results. SEO and Content Performance: Track organic performance and content impact to support the SEO and content teams. Data Quality: Audit analytics and tag setups regularly to keep data accurate and consistent. Stakeholder Support: Answer data questions from the wider marketing team and present findings clearly. About You Analytics Experience: You have hands-on experience with web analytics, ideally GA4 and Google Tag Manager. Experience working with Google BigQuery to create optimised tables for use in dashboarding tools is beneficial. Reporting Skills: You can build clear dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI. Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data, spotting patterns and drawing sound conclusions. Testing Knowledge: You understand A/B testing and statistical significance, or are keen to build that knowledge. Attention to Detail: You care about data accuracy and notice when something does not add up. Clear Communicator: You explain findings in plain language to non-technical audiences. Organised: You manage multiple reporting requests and deadlines at once. Curious and Proactive: You look beyond the numbers and suggest what the team should do next.
