As a part of Accountant, part of the Center of Excellence (CoE) Finance Team based in our India Office and will be responsible for the operational banking activities for Aptean globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of cash flow forecast via tracking of entity cash activity, developing cash forecasting and tracking forecast variances.
• Operate bank reporting systems, manage account balances and control bank fees.
  
• Strong Excel skills are essential for creating, tracking, and reporting on treasury activities.
• Provide support to accounts payable team and complete release of disbursements.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury policies and procedures.
• Address internal customers queries.
• Knowledge on investment activities.

The candidate will need to be self-motivated and can work autonomously to agreed targets as well as function as part of the treasury team. Attention to detail is highly important and a structured methodical approach is necessary.

Successful candidates must have the maturity and ability to work on their own initiative in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.

Other requirements:

• Timely responding to the mails/queries if any.
• Ready to take additional responsibility when management asks to do so.
• Skillful to balance the work with different time zone.
• Becoming backup for team members, identifying critical areas to monitor so that delivery is as per plan.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree (Finance, Accounting, and commerce). Masters desired.

• Approx 4-7 years of experience in treasury/accounting required.
• Fluency in English required, additional European languages is preferred (beneficial languages include, but not limited to, French, Spanish, German).
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to operate on own initiative.
• Solid proficiency in Excel required.
