Consolidation Manager - CA

Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and consolidation to join our finance team in Thane. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a large manufacturing organization, with exposure to domestic and international business operations, including export and import transactions.

The role will be responsible for supporting financial consolidation, foreign subsidiary accounting, audit coordination, management reporting, and various accounting and taxation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert foreign subsidiary accounts into INR and assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Assist in the consolidation of accounts in accordance with applicable IND-AS requirements.
• Coordinate with foreign subsidiary auditors for quarterly and year-end audit finalization.
• Support the finance team in resolving accounting and consolidation-related matters across domestic and international operations.
• Coordinate with the IT team for implementation and migration of subsidiary accounting processes to SAP S/4HANA, as and when required.
• Handle various accounting and income tax-related matters as required.
• Support management reporting and preparation of finance-related presentations for management meetings.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of accounting and consolidation activities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, auditors, and overseas subsidiaries to ensure timely financial reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory.
• 3 - 5 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in a large manufacturing organization is mandatory.
• Experience in organizations with a turnover of approximately 500 - 1,000 Cr will be preferred.
• Strong exposure to domestic and international accounting operations.
• Experience handling export/import-related financial transactions.
• Proficiency in SAP and financial accounting processes.
• Strong knowledge of IND-AS and financial consolidation.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare finance-related PowerPoint presentations for management reviews.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
