Job Description
What role you will play in team: Lead financial due diligence and valuation for real estate investments. Manage junior team members.
What you will do: Analyze potential real estate investments and present recommendations to the investment committee.
Key responsibility:
- Lead financial due diligence on real estate investments.
- Develop and execute financial models and valuation methodologies.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations to support investment decisions.
- Manage junior team members and delegate tasks effectively.
- Monitor and report on performance of existing real estate portfolio investments.
Required Qualification and Skills:
- MBA or Masters in Finance or Real Estate
- 2-4 years of experience in private equity or real estate investment.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets in India.
- Experience in leading financial due diligence projects.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
