Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a New Product Development Specialist in Nutraceutical Formulations. Responsibilities include conducting research and development to create innovative Protein based nutraceutical formulations, managing end-to-end product development processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The role involves analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and overseeing the scale-up process to bring products to market successfully.

Qualifications

• 5+ experience at a top tier Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) or NPD Experience in a high-quality Nutraceuticals focused Startup is strongly desired
• Expertise in Powder Recipe Development, Research and Development (R&D) and Product Development processes
• Strong Analytical Skills for product testing, optimization, and problem-solving
• Proven skills in Project Management, with the ability to manage timelines and cross functional collaboration
• Excellent Communication skills for documentation, presentation, and teamwork
• Background in food science, nutraceuticals, or related fields; a Bachelors or Masters degree in a related discipline is preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the nutraceutical and functional food industries is a plus
