Role Description

Arboreal is seeking a dedicated Senior Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage quality assurance operations within our nutraceuticals division. This full-time role, based on-site in Lucknow, involves developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards, processes, and compliance frameworks. The manager will oversee inspections, audits, and quality testing, ensuring all products meet regulatory and safety standards. They will also support cross-functional teams in addressing quality-related issues and work towards continual product and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards, regulatory compliance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the nutraceutical or food industry
• Knowledge and experience of FSSAIs FSMS, Central License, Import Regulations and Audits
• Proficiency in implementing quality testing protocols and conducting audits and inspections
• Skills in analyzing and documenting production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing corrective actions
• Experience in people management, team collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organizational quality goals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field
• PMP, HACCP, or ISO certification is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and lead quality operations efficiently
