Role Overview :
As a Compensation & Benefit Partner based in Bangalore, you will be a key player in designing, implementing, and administering our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure our compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives. Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall organizational performance by ensuring we offer a compelling and rewarding employee value proposition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity programs, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness for all employee levels.
- Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maximizing employee value.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine appropriate salary ranges and ensure pay equity across the organization.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to provide compensation and benefits guidance to managers and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary budgeting, performance-based increases, and bonus payouts, ensuring alignment with company performance and individual contributions.
- Oversee the administration of HRIS systems related to compensation and benefits, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processing of employee transactions.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, develop insights, and make recommendations for program improvements, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Manage expat compensation and global mobility programs, including relocation assistance, tax equalization, and immigration support, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation and benefits laws and regulations, including FLSA, ERISA, and local labor laws, mitigating legal risks.
- Develop and manage the compensation and benefits budget, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness, contributing to financial stability.

- Demonstrated ability to design and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with business strategy and attract top talent.
- Proven expertise in conducting job evaluations, market analysis, and salary benchmarking to ensure pay equity and external competitiveness.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and HR analytics, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and improve program effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Solid understanding of HR compliance and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits, including FLSA, ERISA, and local labor laws.
- Experience in managing expat compensation and global mobility programs, including relocation assistance, tax equalization, and immigration support.
- Bachelor's degree/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
