Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for research, analysis, and decision making We are seeking career-driven people to join our skilled Research Analyst team. As a Research Analyst, you will be a key player in driving insights and support decision-making processes for our clients.
Arcgate helps clients with a diverse service portfolio and as a research analyst, you will be helping with different projects including AI data preparation, data solutions, customer onboarding and support, accounting outsourcing, order management, data research, and data visualization for our clients in various industries. 100% of our clients are leading startups and tech leaders in the USA market. We only work on non-voice processes so spoken English accent is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Operations

• Meet daily targets in the set time frame while following the project guidelines.
• Complete each record with the set quality standard.
• Attend recommended training sessions and take assessments.
• Responsible for functioning as per the project requirement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a BPO or similar industry is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
