Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive based in Jalandhar. The Senior Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products and services. Duties include coordinating with various departments, driving business growth, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The Senior Executive will also be involved in strategic planning and decision-making processes to align with the companys goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and overseeing operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in building materials, particularly in waterproofing, tile adhesives, and grouts
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions
• Proficiency with industry-related software and tools
• Ability to work on-site in Jalandhar
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in senior management roles is a plus
