Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for the sales of Adhesives and Tile care products within the territory. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure sustainable business growth in line with the overall company strategy and goals. Your main responsibilities will include dealing with dealers to get our products specified in projects, developing and maintaining a dealer/sub-dealer network to achieve volume and value targets, and ensuring long-term business relationships within the relevant industry segment.
To excel in this role, you should have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You should also be capable of handling site visits and client meetings independently, possess a basic understanding of technical specifications of building materials, and be willing to travel frequently within the assigned region. Time management and follow-up discipline are key traits required for this position.
