Job Description
- As part of Arkose Labs, you will be contributing to the mission of creating an online environment that protects all consumers from online spam and abuse. The AI-powered platform combines robust risk assessments with dynamic threat response to effectively combat cybercrime and abuse, all while enhancing user experience.
**Role Overview:**
- Work on high-traffic SaaS services operating at a global scale, handling hundreds of millions of requests daily
- Contribute to building highly available, zero downtime middleware and front-end products
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop and manage services and projects, from inception to maintenance
- Assist in the transition from a monolithic system to a microservices-based architecture on Kubernetes
**Key Responsibilities:**
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial setting using back-end programming languages like Golang, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in database management (NoSQL and Relational), microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong REST API design and development skills
- Experience with Docker/containers, Kubernetes, and agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, monitoring tools, and scaling applications for high concurrent users
**Qualifications Required:**
- Experience with REST API design and development
- Proficiency in back-end programming languages such as Golang, Java, or Python
- Strong database management skills with both NoSQL and Relational databases
- Experience with microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Docker/containers, Kubernetes, and agile development methodologies
