Add your talent to ours and make a difference around the world!Position: Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts.Purpose of the Job: To support the Manager - Finance & Accounts in Accounting in Audits, Budgets, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Monthly Closing and Process ImprovementsThe Incumbent Is Responsible For The Following TasksAccounting, Month Close and HFM Reporting
  • Lead and Drive robust Month close Process.
  • Review of Balance sheet monthly
  • HFM reporting and Month close on Day 2
  • Review of provisions and expenses cost centre wise
  • Amortization of Prepaid expenses
  • Responsible for all APAC and corporate reporting
  • Responsible for Full TB and GL accounting for the company
Stautory, Group Audit and Cost Audit
  • Drive Statutory audit - Preparation of schedules, co-ordination with other functions and resolving.
  • queries
  • Preparation of statutory audit check list
  • Contribution in area of Cost Audit pertaining to financial accounting
  • Supporting Group audit with HFM Group pack as per due date
  • Lead Tax pack preparation as per Group
  • Direct Tax and GST Compliance
    • Prepare the Income tax schedule with Advance tax details year wise
    • Ensure follow up and complete the pending assessments for India and Flip Side entities
    • Support Tax audits as per ICDS
    • Support Transfer pricing assessment follow up and reporting
    • Transfer pricing documentation and schedules
    • Computation of Advance tax payable to be paid every quarter
    • TDS Compliance (Computing Liability every month, ensuring monthly payment on time and filing TDS return)
    • GST Return upload as per due date
    • Mismatch reports to be checked and corrective action to be taken.
    • Ensure all the credits are taken.
    • Lead the activity of GST Assessment.
    Internal Controls
    • ICFR to be revisited and updated.
    • Identify and maintain a record of process deficiency and target to improve.
    • Prepare documentation of all process (SOP)
    • Preparation of schedules and details for Internal Audit
    Monthly Variance report
    • Preparation of variance report cost category wise and GL wise on monthly basis and record reason for all variances along with action plan
    Annual Budget
    • Prepare & consoliate Plant expense, Direct Expense, Selling Expenses & G&A expenses in co-ordintion with all the functions
    • Upload month wise Budget in SAP and HFM
    Process Excellence Activity (PEC)
    • Month wise HFM Reporting & GL Review
    • Upload month wise Budget in SAP and HFM
    Job SpecificationsProfessional Education
    • Experienced B. Com/M. Com.
    Professional Experience
    • 7 to 10 Yrs. [Accounting & Tax]
    • Reputed manufacturing company in the same field
