Job Description
- The HR Manager role is pivotal in overseeing all HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. By excelling in these areas, you will contribute to fostering a positive work environment, supporting organizational development, and efficiently managing all HR administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing the recruitment processes and onboarding procedures to attract top talent to the organization. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting engagement among the workforce. Leading performance reviews, developing employee performance plans, identifying training needs, and implementing relevant training programs will also be crucial aspects of your role. Administering salary and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining employee records while preparing reports will be among your daily tasks.
To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with certifications being preferred. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, along with a strong command of communication, leadership skills, and proficiency in HR software.
