Key Responsibilities

• * Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales activities.
• * Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• * Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• * Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• * Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• * 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, or a similar role.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• * Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
• * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• * Bachelors degree in any discipline.
