Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Manager role based in Ranchi. The Digital Marketing Manager will plan and execute digital marketing strategies across channels to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation for Arthryme and its clients. Responsibilities include managing social media campaigns, overseeing performance marketing initiatives, tracking and analyzing web analytics, and optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams on content planning, coordinating with design and development teams for digital assets, and supporting digital ecosystem projects for educational and institutional clients. The Digital Marketing Manager will also monitor industry trends, recommend innovative tactics, and ensure consistent, measurable impact from all digital marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with experience developing and executing integrated digital strategies.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including campaign planning, content coordination, and platform analytics.
• Experience with Lead Generation, performance campaigns, and conversion optimization across digital channels.
• Competence in Web Analytics tools to measure, report, and improve campaign performance and user behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
• Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant experience in managing digital campaigns for institutions, education, or SaaS products is an advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, and CRM platforms is preferred.
