Role Summary

•      Associate Manager - Processing, Department: NYD Processing, Grade: E2, Experience: 2-6 years.
•      Support day-to-day processing operations with strong execution, timely follow-up, and adherence to defined standards.
•      Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow, quality compliance, and on-time delivery of processing outputs.
•      Drive process discipline, issue resolution, and continuous improvement within the processing function.

Key Responsibilities

•      Monitor daily processing activities and ensure work is completed as per plan, quality norms, and operational timelines.
•      Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to maintain smooth material flow and resolve routine processing issues.
•      Track process performance, identify deviations, and escalate exceptions with clear facts and timely follow-up.
•      Support implementation of standard operating procedures and ensure consistent adherence across assigned activities.
•      Review output quality, address rework or rejection concerns, and support corrective action closure.
•      Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational updates for review and decision-making.
•      Assist in process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen execution discipline.
•      Work closely with team members and stakeholders to support stable operations and meet business requirements.
