Role Summary

You will join Arvind Limited — Wovens- Fabric, Cutting as Dy Manager- Processing, based in Ahmedabad, and support processing operations within the cutting function. In this individual contributor role, you will help ensure process discipline, output quality, and smooth coordination across connected production activities. The role calls for hands-on execution, issue resolution, and consistent follow-through to support operational targets in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•      Support day-to-day processing activities within the cutting function and ensure work is carried out as per plan and standard operating procedures.
•      Monitor process flow, identify deviations, and escalate issues that may affect quality, output, or delivery timelines.
•      Coordinate with related production and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and timely resolution of operational constraints.
•      Check process parameters and work practices to maintain consistency in output and reduce rework or wastage.
•      Track production progress against targets and share updates on status, risks, and corrective actions with the reporting manager.
•      Support quality adherence by ensuring process compliance and assisting in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•      Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying practical process improvements and supporting implementation.
•      Maintain accurate operational records and ensure required documentation is completed on time.
