Post: Consultant Training

Academic Qualification: Graduate degree or a four year Professional degree.

Desirable Post graduate programmes in Management from IIM

Work Experience: Not less than 5 years in the industry, preferably in the areas of technology driven sales and marketing . And experience in the use of digital and social marketing

Age Limit: Below 45 years.

Mode of Appointment: The posting will be on contract basis for one year or till Government orders.

Remuneration: Fixed component of around Rs 1.5 lakhs per month plus variable component based on revenues earned.

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination,streamlining and management of the training process across all courses and training programmes of ASAP Kerala ensuring timely implementation,monitoring ,evaluation and reporting.
• Mentoring and supervision of the staff of the division to ensure effective and efficient implementation of training programmes.
• Designing, implementing, and governing business models to drive ASAP Keralas courses and programs across campuses and communities, both within the state and outside and boost revenues.
• Travel and interact with industry and academic institutes for creation and delivery of industry relevant progrmmes in the campuses.
• Identification and development of local trainers to drive training programmes.
• Any other duties assigned by CMD/Board of Directors.
