- As a Product Manager AI at Asite, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and integration of AI/ML-powered capabilities into our B2B SaaS platform. Your responsibility will be to transform intricate AI technologies into practical solutions that deliver significant business impact for our enterprise customers. This position requires a combination of strategic product thinking and technical expertise, making it ideal for individuals enthusiastic about enhancing automation, decision-making, personalization, and user workflows through AI features.
Successful candidates for this role are expected to be dynamic individuals with strong analytical and technical skills, capable of working within an agile methodology to maximize value for our customers. Attention to detail is a key trait we seek in all members of the Asite team.

**Responsibilities:**
- Own the roadmap and delivery for Cognitive CDE and modern AI solutions, utilizing AI/ML-driven features such as predictive analytics, natural language interfaces, intelligent automation, or anomaly detection.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineering, and UX teams to define requirements, MVPs, and success metrics.
- Translate AI capabilities into user-centric use cases, ensuring they align with customer pain points and business objectives.
- Keep abreast of developments in AI/ML, identifying opportunities to apply new models, LLMs, or approaches to our platform.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to develop positioning and messaging for AI-powered features.
- Monitor AI/ML performance post-release, making iterations based on usage data, model feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure the quality of releases through testing, validation, and acceptance of the work done.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
**Desired Skills & Experience:**
- 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products in a SaaS environment.
- Sound understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and data pipelines.
- Experience in launching production-grade AI features in collaboration with technical teams.
- Ability to translate complex technology into clear product requirements and customer value.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Azure AI and Google Cloud tools like Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, LangChain, and/or OpenAI APIs.
- Exposure to enterprise verticals such as construction tech, finance, and logistics.

- Technical proficiency with APIs, data schemas, and integrations.
