Job Description
- As the Senior Employee Experience Business Partner at Assent, you will collaborate with teams and leadership to design and implement programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and engaging Assentees. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of global Employee Experience (EX) programs in India, covering various aspects of human resources such as Talent Management, Team member Relations, Development, Total Rewards, and EX Operations. By partnering with HR colleagues, you will contribute to the development of HR policies and processes to support the company's goals while focusing on team engagement and company culture. Your responsibilities will include providing EX support through proactive HR practices, coaching team members, managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a culture of wellbeing and belonging within the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing internal communication, facilitating collaborative efforts with Business Operations and Senior Leadership teams, and participating in talent acquisition and development initiatives.
To excel in this role, you should have at least 8+ years of experience as a Business Partner supporting senior executives in a global tech organization, along with a post-secondary education in Human Resources. Your blend of operational and relational HR knowledge, strategic partnership-building skills, and passion for delivering exceptional support will be crucial. You should be a creative thinker, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
