Role Overview

We are looking for a high-agency marketing generalist to work closely with the Brand Director to build and scale AssetPlus and its ecosystem brands.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, organic growth, GTM, content and marketing technology. You should understand content fundamentals but also be comfortable getting into a Webflow page, CRM workflow, analytics setup or automation when needed.

The core expectation is simple: spot opportunities, solve problems, run experiments and make things work.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand & Organic Growth
• Build and scale AssetPlus and ecosystem brands across social, YouTube, website and other organic channels
• Identify opportunities to improve content reach, engagement and conversion
• Drive organic search growth through SEO and AEO, including content strategy, on-page optimisation, technical basics and search visibility
• Understand how people discover information through traditional search and AI-powered platforms and build content accordingly
• Continuously optimise video content through better topics, hooks, formats, packaging and distribution
• Repurpose and distribute existing content more effectively
• Growth & Experimentation
• Identify growth opportunities across the marketing funnel
• Develop hypotheses and run experiments across content, messaging, channels and landing pages
• Analyse results and iterate quickly
• Turn successful experiments into repeatable playbooks
• GTM & Product Marketing
• Support launches with clear positioning, messaging and GTM plans
• Translate product and business objectives into marketing opportunities
• Understand target audiences and identify the right channels, narratives and content for each
• Build communication journeys across content, website, social and CRM
• Marketing Technology & Operations
• Work with Webflow, CRM, analytics and marketing automation tools
• Understand how website, CRM, forms and tracking systems connect
• Identify gaps and work with relevant teams to build better solutions
• Find ways to automate repetitive marketing processes (such as uploading daily news on website, etc)
• Problem Solving & Execution
• Take ambiguous problems and turn them into actionable solutions
• Work across Brand, Content, Video, Product, Sales, Performance and Technology
• Drive initiatives from idea to execution without needing constant direction

• 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, brand, growth, content or product marketing
• Strong understanding of brand, social media and organic growth
• Strong understanding of video-led content and how to optimise it for organic distribution
• Working knowledge of SEO and emerging AEO practices
• Experience with marketing experiments and performance-driven iteration
• Understanding of GTM and product marketing
• Comfortable with Webflow, CRM systems, analytics, automation or marketing technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• High ownership and bias towards action
• Curious, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out independently
