Role Description The Business Development Executive – US & Canada Market is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the US and Canadian markets, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations with potential clients. The position requires building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, presenting AssistHubPros Virtual Assistant services, and tailoring solutions to client needs. The executive will manage the sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closure, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports on pipeline and performance. Collaboration with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams is essential to ensure smooth onboarding, strong account management, and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, prospect, and convert opportunities in international markets.
• Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage client relationships, handle renewals, and support long-term partnerships.
• Excellent Communication skills, including confident spoken and written English for engaging with clients in the US and Canada.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in services, outsourcing, staffing, or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales outreach tools, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively across multiple opportunities.
• Experience within BPO, Virtual Assistant, Staffing, Recruitment, IT Services, SaaS or Outsourcing is an advantage
• Strong spoken and written English communication
•  Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills
