Job Title: Executive Marketing (Web Development & Digital Platforms)

Role Overview:

Aster DM Healthcare is seeking a skilled Executive Marketing with strong expertise in web development and digital platforms. The role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing websites and digital assets using PHP, WordPress, TYPO3, Webflow, HTML, CSS, and Sitecore, while supporting marketing initiatives to ensure seamless user experiences and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain marketing websites using PHP, WordPress, TYPO3, Webflow, and Sitecore.
• Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and cross-browser compatible layouts with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Support marketing campaigns by integrating APIs, plugins, and third-party tools.
• Ensure website security, performance optimization, and timely troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with designers, digital marketers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
• Apply SEO and accessibility best practices to enhance visibility and reach.
• Test debug, and resolve website issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of code, processes, and workflows.

Requirements:

• 35 years of proven experience in web development with exposure to marketing/digital platforms.

• Strong knowledge of PHP, WordPress (custom themes & plugins), TYPO3, and Webflow.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL), hosting environments, and Git version control.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional CMS platforms (Drupal, Joomla) is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO optimization and web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques (caching, CDN, minification).
• Awareness of UI/UX design principles.
