Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team in India.

You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our organization and will be responsible for its growth in India. You will work closely with Engineering Operations Manager. You will be responsible for team hiring and management, overall coordination of business activities, and communicating with clients and suppliers.

The candidate should be based anywhere in Punjab.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of the organization in India
• Hire for sales, engineering and operations roles
• Manage teams as required to deliver the results
• Coordinate business activities across sales, operations, manufacturing, project engineering etc.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers and partners

Qualifications

• A graduate of any undergraduate degree program in business or engineering
• At least 5 years of experience managing business operations, hiring people, managing teams, leading projects, communicating with clients and suppliers etc.
• Experience in industrial machinery or engineering preferred
• Passion for climate and sustainability
• Willingness to travel >50% of the time
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
