Assistant Manager Finance- FP&A

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join our FP&A team. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, hands-on transfer pricing experience across international jurisdictions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial models
• Conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. forecast) and present insights to senior leadership
• Track key financial and operational KPIs; own MIS reporting for the CFO and leadership team
• Partner with business teams to translate strategy into financial projections and scenario plans

B. Transfer Pricing & International Taxation

• Own TP compliance and documentation for AstroTalks international entities (USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore)
• Prepare and maintain Master File, Local File, and CbCR as per OECD guidelines and local requirements
• Review intercompany agreements – service fees, cost-sharing, IP licensing – and ensure arms length pricing
• Liaise with external TP consultants and tax advisors across jurisdictions for filings and audit support
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on the Groups transfer pricing policy

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a Big 4 / mid-size firm
• Hands-on experience with transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking in international jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of OECD TP guidelines, Indian tax laws, and multi-jurisdiction frameworks

  Get Hired
  Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle) and accounting platforms

PREFERRED

• Prior experience in a high-growth consumer internet or technology company
• Exposure to FEMA regulations, RBI reporting, and overseas direct investment (ODI) guidelines
• Knowledge of BEPS Action Plans, CbCR, and APA processes
