Role Description The Co-Founder with Investment role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. This role involves collaborating on the organizations vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap, while providing capital investment and actively contributing to business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping service offerings, refining the life planning framework, and overseeing key initiatives in coaching, client engagement, and partnership development. The Co-Founder will work closely with the founding team to drive sales and marketing activities, conduct market and client research, and build sustainable business processes. The role also includes participating in strategic decision-making, representing Atmadhruti at events and meetings, and nurturing a purpose-driven, inclusive organizational culture.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate market opportunities, client needs, and business performance.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage clients, partners, and team members, and to clearly articulate Atmadhrutis vision and services.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to develop growth strategies, build brand presence, and drive client acquisition and retention.
• Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial approach suitable for a co-founding role.
• Relevant experience in wellness, coaching, life planning, consulting, or impact-focused ventures is beneficial.
• Comfort with making an investment in the business and taking shared responsibility for strategic and financial outcomes is required.
• A masters degree in computer application, with 10 years of experience in managing and scaling applications/ platforms.
