IT & Web Development Specialist

Your key responsibilities will include IT Operations (30-40%) where you will set up and manage company email accounts, provide basic helpdesk support, manage file storage systems and backups, maintain office software, and coordinate with third-party vendors when needed for infrastructure or services.

In eCommerce Website Development (60-70%), you will plan, build, and maintain a secure and scalable eCommerce website, optimize it for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness, monitor and fix bugs, manage updates, and ensure site security. You will be responsible for frontend development by designing and building responsive, user-friendly eCommerce interfaces, developing custom components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, and optimizing the frontend for performance, accessibility, and SEO.

For backend development, you will develop and maintain backend logic, APIs, and database structures using languages such as Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, or similar. You will set up and manage hosting environments, databases, and version control. Additionally, responsibilities include developing custom components for the eCommerce platform, integrating with third-party tools, ensuring PCI compliance, and data security best practices.

Your qualifications should include proven experience in IT support and full-stack web development, 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, proficiency in frontend and backend development, strong understanding of databases, experience with eCommerce sites, familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices, knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and responsive design, familiarity with DNS management, email configuration, and cloud-based tools, basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices, experience with hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and site deployment, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Nice to have qualifications include UI/UX design experience, knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools, familiarity with automation tools, experience setting up Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tracking tools. Soft skills required include being self-motivated, reliable, a good communicator especially with non-technical stakeholders, and a problem solver with a proactive mindset.
