ACCOUNTS PAYABLE – P2P Position Responsibilities: 1. Strong Exposure to Accounts Payable i.e., AP Process 2. Candidate needs to have Procurement domain knowledge - Operations procurement (Purchase request to quotation / RFQ - Purchase order creation - Purchase order - Goods processed - invoice exception) P2P) 3. Good understanding of Vendor Payment runs Vendor credit code Vendor Master maintenance, Vendor Reconciliations 4. GRIR Reconcilations , Query Resolution / Statement Reconciliations 5. Review of Invoice(PO & Non PO) Payment processing (P2P) 6. Deft in generating monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement 7. SAP Payment runs 8. Strong exposure in a. Experience Handle the Blocked/Parked resolutions b. Update AP GL tracker for resolution required from the GL Team c. Process all invoices assigned within the required Turn-Around-Time d. Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices 9. Overviewing the Payment Proposal as per the schedule after performing Duplicate Invoice Report 10. Performing audit for payment proposal list and payment exception list 11. Getting the identified errors corrected for final payments list approval from market before completing it 12. Downloading the payment file from an ERP and uploading it into the right banking website with correct value date to arrange the same for authorization before the cut-off time 13. Forecasting the payment value to treasury team
