Salesforce Clouds: Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
Integration Platforms: Proficiency in MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar ESBs; hands‑on API development and integration design
Data Management: Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL tools, and best practices around data security and sharing models
DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
Architecture Patterns: Knowledge of event‑driven, batch, and real‑time integration patterns, multi‑org strategies, and scalable solution design.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, operations, finance, and IT to ensure requirements are met and deliverables drive business value
Communication & Facilitation: Lead design workshops, steering‑committee meetings, and executive briefings; translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences

Solution Design & Prototyping: Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, author solution design documents, and create architecture diagrams and prototypes
Implementation Oversight: Guide configuration of Salesforce (objects, workflows, flows, page layouts) and custom development (Apex, LWC) in partnership with technical teams
Integration Strategy: Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and event‑driven patterns to connect Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
