Job profile :

• Responsible for hiring and nurturing Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) to drive new business acquisition as well as retention of existing clients.


• Ensure timely licensing and onboarding of advisors while building and expanding a strong team structure.


• Focus on improving productivity levels of both newly onboarded and experienced advisors.


• Plan and execute sales initiatives and promotional activities to enhance PFA performance.


• Provide continuous guidance, training, and mentoring to advisors for delivering customer-centric, need-based financial solutions.


• Achieve targets related to new business generation along with renewals through effective team management.


• Maintain accurate daily reporting of sales activities and ensure proper MIS updates in the LMS system.
