Job Description
- Responsible for hiring and nurturing Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs) to drive new business acquisition as well as retention of existing clients.
- Ensure timely licensing and onboarding of advisors while building and expanding a strong team structure.
- Focus on improving productivity levels of both newly onboarded and experienced advisors.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives and promotional activities to enhance PFA performance.
- Provide continuous guidance, training, and mentoring to advisors for delivering customer-centric, need-based financial solutions.
- Achieve targets related to new business generation along with renewals through effective team management.
- Maintain accurate daily reporting of sales activities and ensure proper MIS updates in the LMS system.
