Key Responsibilities

Global Platform Architecture

• Define and own the enterprise Internationalisation (I18N) and Localization (L10N) architecture strategy.
• Establish architecture standards for global platform scalability and regional adaptability.
• Design platform capabilities supporting:

• o Multi-language experiences
• o Multi-currency operations
• o Regional business processes
• o Country-specific compliance requirements
• o Global legal entity structures
• - Ensure solutions remain configuration-driven and country-agnostic wherever possible.

Country-Specific Legal, Tax & Compliance Enablement

• Define enterprise architecture patterns for supporting country-specific legal, tax, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, Trade Compliance, and Product teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish standards supporting:

• o VAT, GST, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax
• o Regional invoicing and financial reporting
• o E-Invoicing requirements
• o Country-specific document retention requirements
• o Data privacy and residency regulations
• o Trade and customs compliance
• o Multi-currency financial processing
• o Regional address and identity standards
• - Define country onboarding frameworks enabling rapid expansion into new markets.

Enterprise Application Integration

• - Ensure globalization standards are consistently implemented across:
• o Digital Commerce Platforms
• o CRM Platforms
• o CPQ Solutions
• o OMS Platforms
• o Oracle ERP Ecosystem
• o Supply Chain Applications
