Requirement
- 1. Very strong communication and should manage to work with leadership team is the key
- 2. Should have relevant working experience in IT software companies, predominantly in software development.
- 3. Should have 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Process Excellence / Process Quality Engineer.
Location : Bengaluru & Pune (Hybrid mode- 4 days from office)
Certification
- ISO 9001 Internal / Lead Auditor ( Must have )
- ISO 13485 Internal / Lead Auditor ( good to have )
- ISO 27001 internal Auditor ( good to have )
- CMMi 3/5 knowledge
Skills
- QMS implementation, assessment preparation, and audit support
- Software Quality Assurance and Process Quality Management
- ISO 9001 Internal Audits and Quality Management Systems
- Process Compliance Reviews and Quality Reporting
- SDLC, Metrics Definition, Analysis, and Process Improvement
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall
- Risk Management, Escalation Management, and Corrective Actions
