Job Responsibilities:
Financial:
- To monitor the P&L of his cluster, being the P&L owner of that cluster.
- To ensure to maintain highest level of service to the clients and support systems.
- To drive CASA acquisition of customers.
- To monitor the portfolio closely and to ensure all type of compliances, maximize yield, delinquency, and fee income target is duly met.
Non-Financial Responsibilities:
- To travel extensively in the defined territory, for a minimum of 15 working days in a month.
- Manage a set of relationship managers in the defined territory to establish new borrowing relationships for renewable energy projects, preparing the required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedures to enhance the banks market share.
- To track the coverage of clients by the Acquisition Team in the given territory and closely track their Daily Call Reports to monitor desired productivity.
- Should meet all the Govt dept, DISCOM, EPC in his territory and establish relationship with them.
- To identify and chase the opportunities within the territory and drive the team to chase it.
- To monitor the customer origination and delinquency for each RM closely and guide them accordingly.
- To handhold the team to ensure that they are trained well and make the right pitch to the clients.
- To research companies, the segment they operate in and the industry they belong to, study trends of industry and analyze the competition to confidently present new lines to the clients and instill trust with your extensive knowledge of their industry.
Compliance & Risk Responsibilities:
- Manage the existing loan portfolio to ensure timely DCCO achievement, power generation as per project assessment/DPR, establishment of appropriate account plans, recommend credit facilities in line with Bank credit policy to maximize earnings while containing risks to an acceptable level.
- Implement and maintain complete control aspects i.e., financial analysis of statements of accounts, documentation, periodical client visits call reports.
