Role Description The Senior Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi or NOIDA. This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support Auscomps channel partners and promote the companys product and cloud marketplace offerings. Day-to-day tasks include planning and implementing campaigns, conducting market and competitor research, coordinating with sales and product teams, and creating marketing collateral tailored to trade customers. The role also involves tracking and reporting on campaign performance, optimizing marketing activities to drive demand and brand visibility, and supporting customer communication and events. The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for clear internal collaboration and effective external stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Experience in Sales support and alignment with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Ability to develop and implement Marketing Strategy tailored to channel and trade customers.
• Customer Service orientation to support resellers and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology or IT distribution marketing is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively on-site with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis for reporting and optimization.
