Job Title: Business Analyst - Salesforce CPQ

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical solutions. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between global stakeholders, product owners, and technical delivery teams to translate intricate sales processes into optimized CPQ configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

- 7 - 9 years of total professional experience, including 5 - 7 years as a Business Analyst in CPQ or Quote-to-Cash programs.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Conga CPQ, or Oracle CPQ, covering product catalogs, pricing, discounting, and approval configuration.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash processes, including CRM, CPQ, contracting, and billing integrations.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data/field-level specifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, including backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and requirement refinement.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience supporting UAT cycles, defect triage, and production sign-off.
