Senior Application Support Engineer - Capital Market/ Securities

Requirements & Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Sitecore Next.js, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM, and Software AG are highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in database management, application architecture, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages, automation tools, and system integration technologies.
• Provide expert-level application support by performing advanced troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing effective resolutions for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, Development, Security, and Business stakeholders, to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application support processes, enhance system performance, and ensure high levels of service availability.
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and minimal downtime for end-users while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Experience

• 6–8 years of relevant experience within a Securities Exchange, Capital Markets environment, Stock Exchange, or a leading financial institution.
• Proven experience supporting and maintaining mission-critical applications in a highly regulated and fast-paced financial services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production incidents, perform problem management, and deliver robust solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
