Hiring: Legal Professional Litigation Mumbai
A leading multinational organization with a strong presence in trading, agri-trading, and manufacturing is looking to hire a Legal professional to join its legal team in Mumbai.
This position reports directly to the Head Legal (Trading) and offers an opportunity to work on complex, business-critical disputes while partnering closely with commercial teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial litigation, arbitration, recovery, and regulatory disputes across business operations.
- Develop litigation strategy and work closely with external counsel to drive matters to resolution.
- Advise business stakeholders on contentious legal issues and risk mitigation.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts and support contract-related dispute resolution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on legal issues arising from trading and manufacturing operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7- 10 years PQE.
- Strong experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
- Exposure to commercial contracts is preferred, but litigation should form the core of your experience.
- Experience with large corporates in Trading, Agri Trading, Manufacturing, Commodities, Metals & Mining, Engineering, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, or Logistics & Supply Chain sectors.
