Business & Operational Strategy - Tier 1 Law Firm

We are working with a Tier 1 law firm to identify a high-calibre professional who can play a key role in shaping and driving the firm's business and operational strategy.

This is an opportunity for someone who understands how professional services businesses grow - from commercial strategy and go-to-market initiatives to revenue operations, business development and operational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in strategy, business operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations or go-to-market functions
• Experience of working closely with senior leadership to translate business priorities into actionable growth strategies
• Strong understanding of revenue, client development, market expansion and business performance
• Experience in building and driving commercial and operational frameworks, dashboards and performance metrics
• The ability to work across multiple stakeholders and bring structure, insight and execution to complex business priorities
• Professionals currently working with Big 4 firms or leading strategy/consulting firms, particularly those advising professional services businesses or working in a similar internal strategic capacity, are encouraged to apply.
