We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment to join our remote recruitment team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing IT professionals for US clients across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.

This is a 100% remote role, requiring a highly self-driven professional who can independently manage recruitment requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate with Account Managers and clients, and consistently deliver quality submissions and closures.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding through candidate placement.
• Analyze technical job descriptions and identify suitable candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Assess technical experience, communication skills, location, availability, compensation, and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

• Utilize internal ATS/CRM databases effectively.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity.
