• oPercentage of A/cs receiving salary credit
• oETB MDAB
• Deliver on business targets for FD-RD/ Family Acs/ RAC / RFR/ TPP/ Cards
• Deliver on business targets in various segments individually & totally
• oCorporates segment Platinum, Gold , Bronze, AVC
• Ensure that all onboarding parameters are kept under check TAT/ NFTR
• Ensure that attrition in the portfolio is within the agreed benchmark
• Adherence to compliance as defined from time to time

  Get Hired
  Monitor CEP parameters- with Program team
• Devise marketing & engagement activities- with Program teams & Marketing for all segments of corporates
• Devise 7 monitor strategies for NTB Label Acquisition and deepening of ETB corporates with Program, Product, Marketing & Ops.
• Continuous review of product/ brand positioning and taking corrective measures when required with Product, Program & Marketing
