Investment Banking Analyst

What role you will play in team: Support senior bankers in executing transactions, conduct financial modeling, and prepare presentations for clients.

What you will do: Analyze financial statements, conduct industry research, and assist in the preparation of transaction documents.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Preparing presentations and marketing materials for clients.
• Assisting in the preparation of transaction documents.
• Conducting industry and company research.
• 
  Collaborating with senior bankers and other team members.
• Managing deal flow and assisting in transaction execution.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
• Understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
