| The Retail Credit department in the Bank is a Credit Underwriting department for all retail products of the Bank. It is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a good portfolio quality and for ensuring smooth credit appraisal processes | |||||

| The NCM will be team leader role where all Zonal Credit Managers will be reporting. Core job will be to manage underwriting Mortgage function and all supporting activities, grooming managers at all levels for leadership role. . Ensure underwriting adherence to the processes designed by the bank | |||||
| Key Responsibilities | |||||
Ensure smooth functioning of the geography by meeting required productivity norms within the desired Turn Around Time as defined by the Bank. Hands on experience on Digital Underwriting and Monitoring the same Looking to get Placed? Try our Placement Guarantee Plan Ensure timely completion of key deliverables, audit queries and adherence to the retail policy Audit & Compliance. Vendor Management, participation in pilot runs/testing of new processes and developments. Job enrichment & Training initiative, Support to new locations & products. Stakeholder management Driving Process improvements for increase in efficiency level, testing of projects, Idea generation for new projects for process efficiency and cost saving. Manage attrition and nurturing the teams. Providing support for Development of projects, processes, policies, Location level feedback, etc., Managing Customer Satisfaction, escalated complaint ratio as per target | |||||

Post- Graduation (MBA/ CA preferred) Experience in retail credit | |||||

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess: Knowledge of credit, industry and product trends Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language |
