About the Role
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Relationship Officers to drive Home Loan Sales for Indias 3rd largest private sector bank.
The role involves generating business through field sales, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving assigned targets through effective lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new customers for Home Loan / LAP products through field visits, builder channels, and references.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, connectors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads through open-market activities, cold calls, and on-ground promotions.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate home loan solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0.6 – 2 Years (Preferably in Home Loan / Mortgage / Field Sales)
- Qualification: Graduate / MBA Preferred
- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory (for field visits)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Local area knowledge and customer-handling ability
