Retail Lending Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for originating and managing a portfolio of retail loans, including personal loans and credit cards.

What you will do: You'll acquire new customers, assess creditworthiness, and manage customer relationships to ensure smooth loan processing and repayment.

Key responsibility:

• Acquire new customers and generate retail loan applications.
• Assess creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Prepare loan proposals and present them to credit committees.
• Manage a portfolio of retail loans and monitor loan performance.
• 
  Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail lending.
• Strong understanding of retail lending products.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
