Clearing & Settlement
.Monitoring of Bulk cash point Operations as per bank internal guidelines
.Monitoring CRL for the Hub branch and Spoke branches in the Region
.Monitoring & ensuring unsorted cash should be processing within the (T+2)
.Monitoring of office accounts & ensuring timely reversal of outstanding entries.
.Liasoning with the CIT/Sorting agencies for continuous support
.Liasoning with Currency chest for Cash off loading and Cash requirement
.Liansoning with banks under RBI linkage and other non linked banks for cash disposal
.Liasoning with Circle Office /Central office functionaries
.Liasoning with NSM and other machine vendors for procurement and maintenance of machine.
.Ensure checking of all safety & security gadgets ( i.e CCTV, Alarm, Smoke detector etc) on weekly basis
.Ensure maintenance of record of police verification and KYC documents of all outsourced staff at BCP with copy of approval from Head CC-CO. The list of authorized outsourced staff (CIT crew & Sorter) issued by service provider must also be held by BCP
.Ensure maintenance of records of CIT Van documents like RC book copy, Fitness certificate, insurance, driving license, PUC, etc
.Ensure maintenance of insurance copies and timely renewal of documents
.Monitoring of CIT Operations ( i.e Police verification of CIT vendors, obtained KYC documents etc )

.Ensure timely renewal of AMC of machines
.Ensure timely closure of audit reports/Visit Report and all other Reports..
.Ensure timely reporting of daily transaction in CCMS
.Ensure timely execution of SLA with vendors
.Ensure timely processing of vendor payment
.Ensure monitoring of daily transaction reconciliation of CCMS & Finacle
.Handling queries received from branches
.Controlling & saving on BCP operational expenses
.Yearly assessment (PMS) of the BCP staff
.Imparting training to BCP staff and sorters on Clean note policy, Note refund rule, Detection of counterfeit note, etc on quarterly basis with maintenance of records
.Mentor and coach team members to progress within system by following the Banks Core Values and professionalism.
.Submission of MIS as per CO Requirements.

Bulk cash point operation is critical job. Bulk cash point is cash operation job providing services to branches as well as ATMs.

What is the size of the operation the position manages and supports

Total size of the operation is 2-3 people in the Bulk cash point.
Key Responsibilities
.Liasoning with Hub branch/Spoke branches/Currency chest / Other Bank/ Branches /Central office
.Monitoring of Bulk cash point Operations as per the regulatory guidelines
.Follow the internal guidelines (Safety security/Internal)
.Co-ordination with Vendor
.Monitoring & Maintaining of Cash within Hub branch CRL
.Processing Vendor payment
.Ensuring timely reporting

For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
.Total 5-7 year Work experience in Branch Banking operations or Bulk Cash point or Currency Chest Operations. Past experience related to the job role will be preferred
